Confidential Projects
In the consulting model, I had the opportunity to serve markets in Latin America and North America, understanding the challenges and sensitivities of each client. This allowed me to engage in various stages of the design process, connecting with users, product teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
I was also able to delve into various sectors, such as healthtech, fintech, hospitality, and multinational technology companies.

2024
Tech Boutique Hotel
The client's goal is to create an affordable luxury hotel for young people. To ensure more assertive communication with the target audience, I was responsible for applying UX Writing, as well as implementing dynamics for the client; structuring the architecture of the products; developing, implementing and analyzing user tests; and creating the visuals of the products for guests and hotel management.
Integrated Energy Company
A global reference in bioenergy, the challenge brought by the client was to create a product from scratch focused on digital wallets, to be used mainly by gas stations throughout Brazil and other Latin American countries. With this, I was responsible for the dynamics of understanding the business aligned with the product; construction, application and analysis of perception and usability tests; composition of the platform architecture; and visual construction of MVP.
The values generated were greater user understanding of fuel purchases and consumption and greater adherence to the company's loyalty and credit program.
Primary Care Medical Center for the Elderly | International
American healthtech known for its VIP care for the elderly, focused mainly on disease prevention. My main activities were related to understanding the product, structuring the platform for doctors and redesigning the visual.
The values created with the development of the product were: greater assertiveness of doctors in creating medical records, clear visualization of the patient's history; and better management of private visits and follow-ups.
Multinational technology company | International
In the first project with the client, I was focused on creating the cross-device experience. I was responsible for the structuring and visual construction of the product, which aims to integrate 2 or more devices, generating a vision of brand unity and product consistency.
The second project aimed to create a platform focused on managers, developers and QAs to maintain, monitor and optimize registered machines. This product was responsible for the largest management of software and hardware for companies. My responsibilities included business alignment, product structure, usability testing, monitoring of junior designers, and visual design.
Finally, in the third project I was able to apply the design guidelines in virtual reality and motion interactions, with the aim of creating a 100% immersive entertainment platform.
